Cancellation & Refund Policy

Check in time :- 12:00 afternoon

Check out time :- 11:00 am

Early check in charge is 1000 -/ but it is subject to availability

Late check out will be considered as half Dat till 5 in the evening  1100 /-

Note:*extra mattress 500

Cancellation Policy:

• Guest may cancel their booking up to 72 hours prior to arrival date without any penalty.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival date will incur a penalty of one night's stay.
• No-shows will incur a penalty of the full stay.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
• No refunds will be given for no-shows or early checkouts.

Cancellation Fees:

• Standard Room: 1 night's stay
• Group Bookings (5+ rooms): 50% of total stay

Exceptional Circumstances:

• Natural disasters or unforeseen events: cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Medical emergencies: documentation required for refund consideration.

Modification Policy:

• Date changes: subject to availability and rate changes.
• Room type changes: subject to availability and rate changes.

Prepayment and Deposit Policy:

• 50% prepayment required for bookings made during peak season.
• 50% deposit required for group bookings.

Children and Extra Bed Policy:

• Children below 12 years: free stay.
• Extra Mattress: ₹ 500 per night.
